With the inclusion of 3 ex-AFL players in Mark Graham, Nick Holland and Paul Broderick, the Baldies travelled to Carrum confident of a good outcome after a pretty good effort against Beaconsfield the game before. We also had some young leg recruits in Luke Thompson, Jason Keays and Damien Coutts and a new wise head in Grant Hudson, ex Trinity OB. The Baldies led from go to finish and ran out comfortable winners 14-9 to 7-4 with one of those goals being a Super Goal by our new star in Brodders. Big Purce kicked 5, Brodders 3 and 1/2’s 2. Our next game will be a hard one at home against recently promoted side Mordialloc.
